Recipe:

Take goat paya pieces, clean them and put them in a pressure cooker. Add salt, turmeric, pepper powder, chilly powder, coriander powder, tomatoes with sufficient amount of water to the pieces and pressure cook it for around 15 whistles. 

Take a separate vessel, add oil to it and heat it. Add Shajeera, cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, bay leaves and fry them for a minute. Add onions and green chillies and fry till onions become golden brown. Add ginger garlic paste and fry them. Add tomato pieces and fry them. Next add garam masala and salt (to your taste) and fry them.

Now add cooked paya mixture to the above contents. And cook them around 30 mins in medium heat. Then add coriander leaves and cook for 10 minutes in slow heat.

Serve with rotis, parotas or aapam.
